Thanks to my proven experience, I work alongside clients in all the decision-making phases related to IP: from the creation, development, protection and enhancement of trademark and design portfolios to the fight against counterfeiting. While also being involved in the delicate process of negotiating coexistences in the market, drafting of licensing agreements, transfers, NDAs, and Italian and foreign contracts.

My particular skills are focused on: identification of Italian, European, international and foreign trademark filing strategies as well as Italian and EU designs; preliminary searches; copyright filing with SIAE (Italian Society of Authors and Publishers); management of the registration process, both in Italy and abroad; Intellectual Property rights enforcement; out-of-court defence; IP contracting; due diligence for financial valuations of trademark portfolios.

I am an accredited attorney at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). I have been a member of INTA (International Trademark Association) since 2016. I supervise and coordinate the Brescia office.
