I have been working for Cantaluppi & Partners as a Trademark Attorney since 2002.

Graduating in Law in both France and Italy has given me an international perspective on legislation. This is particularly important in the field of Intellectual Property, which became my area of expertise after my degree when I relocated to Italy.

My educational and professional background helps me understand and meet my clients’ needs regarding the safeguarding and protection of trademarks and their rights, both in Italy and abroad, on behalf of small, medium, and large Italian and foreign companies. I have strengthened my skills by assisting clients in the management of their portfolios across the board, dealing with preparatory activities, filing and out-of-court defence of trademarks.

I am always attentive to the evolution of the global economic landscape, particularly when it comes to the technological developments of our time. I also specialised in the protection of distinctive signs on the web and in online brand protection.

I have been an accredited attorney at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and at the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) since 2005.
