Twenty years of experience in the field of industrial property, working both at consulting firms and in the IP division of a leading automotive company, has led me to delve into the various aspects of this subject and to develop a customized approach to the requirements of Clients.

I am involved in defining and obtaining appropriate protection for innovative projects, particularly in the mechanical field, from prior art searches and freedom-to-operate opinions, to drafting patent applications and prosecuting them, as well as advising on litigation or strategy for protecting the patents’ portfolio and its economic exploitation.

I am an Italian patent attorney and a professional representative at the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) and at the UIBM (Italian Patent and Trademark Office) in the field of designs and models.
