I graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Padova and have been working for Cantaluppi & Partners since 2001. I am also a founding partner of the firm.

For more than 25 years I have been operating in the Intellectual Property field, providing clients with the professional skills and experience I have gained in patent procedures, infringement, and patent invalidity litigation, as well as in court proceedings as a court-appointed technical expert.

I am an Italian and European patent attorney, a professional representative at EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office and Registered Community Designs) and UIBM (Italian Patent and Trademark Office), and I am qualified to represent clients at the future European Unified Patent Court.

Over the years, my extensive experience has allowed me to represent important companies in various fields supporting them with the enhancement and protection of their technologies as well as with the management of their patent portfolios.
