I have a degree in Law from the University of Padova and a postgraduate diploma in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary College, London.

I bring over 30 years of experience to Cantaluppi & Partners’ clients. I have dealt with disputes, issues, negotiations, contracts, acquisitions/sales of IP portfolios with Italian and foreign entities, as well as groups of international importance. I offer complete and competent legal support in the IP sector.

I deal with trademarks, technology transfer, contracts, copyright, domain name disputes, patent and design law, competition law, judicial and arbitration disputes concerning Intellectual Property issues.

I am an attorney admitted before the Court of Cassation, an Italian and European patent attorney, a professional representative at the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) and at the UIBM (Italian Patent and Trademark Office).
